Wow. I’m glad you said to “stick with it” in the beginning, as your preview during the opening had really piqued my interest, and that growly start to the album almost chased me away. As you said, it’s mesmerizing, even though I have no idea what is being said. The tonal qualities of both vocals and instruments, the drone, just gets to you.
I hope you don’t mind me sharing the direct Vimeo link if it works. While The Hu have not personally grabbed me, I have acquaintances who enjoy them, and I think they may find this fascinating.

I really hope you can get this on your channel. Heilung is one of the best in the genre. Right up there with Wardruna and Nytt Land.
